Digital Community Manager & Strategist
We are looking for someone who combines a love of cycling with knowledge, experience, and passion for digital and social media marketing.
The ideal candidate must be able to plan, manage, implement and refine our digital marketing strategy as it impacts business on the web and in our stores. Your skills include website management (ex. – WordPress), email marketing (MailChimp), social media content strategy, online event management and promotion (ex. – Eventbrite), data analysis (ex. – Google Analytics).
You have an understanding of how all the pieces fit together on and off line, and how to effectively translate business goals into a digital marketing strategy. And — you love to ride.
Full-Time Service Technician
Mechanic responsibilities include walk-in and check-in service, building and inspection of bikes, inventory and re-stock of service parts and tools. 2-3 years of shop experience preferred. All staff must demonstrate a desire to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new skills and techniques. Experience and proficiency with wheel building, internal gearing and frame and thread chasing/facing a plus. Candidates must have weekend hours available.
Part-Time Service Technician
Responsibilities are same as above with a primary focus on bike building. Candidates with available weekend hours will be strongly preferred.
Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Positions
Responsibilities involve greeting customers, assisting customers with their needs in bicycle and accessories sales, opening and/or closing dusties, stocking the sales floor. All staff must demonstrate a desire to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new skills and techniques. Candidates must have weekend hours available.
