Bicycle-related knowledge is important, but even more important is a desire to provide excellent customer service and a willingness to learn new skills and techniques. All candidates must have weekend hours available.
Sales Representative: Responsibilities involve greeting customers, assisting customers with their needs in bicycle and accessories sales, opening and/or closing duties, and stocking the sales floor. Good customer service skills are required.
Mechanic: Responsibilities include walk-in and check-in service, building and inspection of bikes, inventory and re-stock of service parts and tools. 2-3 years of shop experience preferred. Experience and proficiency with wheel building, internal gearing, frame and thread chasing/facing a plus. Good customer service skills are required.
